business support
Save time and money! Customers with the premium pack have special access to our business support line. The business support line is available from 6:00am to 6:00 pm WST, Monday to Friday.
static IP
A static IP allows you to host your own services on your broadband connection. You can set up a web or ftp server, configure a VPN, or even host your own mail server. One static IP is included with the premium pack, and an additional block of 4 IPs is available upon request by emailing us. Please have a detailed network usage map available as this may be required.
20 email addresses & 1gb webspace
Provide your staff with their own email address or create general inquiry addresses to post on your website. You can easily manage your email addresses within toolbox under 'Create Mailboxes'.
With 1GB of webspace you can easily host and manage your website.
reverse DNS lookup
A reverse DNS lookup uses an IP address to find a domain name. It is used to assist with security concerns from other ISPs and is generally good 'netiquette'. You will be able to lookup this information in toolbox soon. Until then you can contact business support for reverse DNS information. This feature is only available for IP addresses that are assigned to you by us.
